For expedited and standard shipping, you can get a tracking number for free.

For flat rate shipping, you need to pay extra $1.99 to get a tracking number.

For flat rate shipping only, you can get a reference number. Please note that the reference number will be unable to track outside China.

Useful note from Rosegal.com: From December 13th-16th, please select items that can be dispatched within 24 hours and choose the expedited shipping option, in order to have your items for Christmas.After December 16th, we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery.

After Rosegal sends out the order, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a specified site. Then you can track orders on the specified site with that tracking number whenever and wherever you like.

For flat rate shipping, it will typically take 7-25 business days to reach you after Rosegal ships out the parcel.

    I purchased 2 bikinis about 2 weeks ago and I haven’t gotten yet. The shipping time for one was 3 days and for the other was 5-10 days. I don’t remember if I payed for a tracking number, I was wondering about the estimated time as to when I’ll receive my orders. I can’t remember which email I used; either waaars@earthlink.net or annnnaa51@gmail.com.

    I placed an order and it was shipped out on March 27th. I went to track my order a couple weeks ago and it was in U.S. customs on April 6th. I went in again today to track it, and I get a message saying there is no such tracking #.
    Unable to reach a live person at rosegal

    I placed two separate orders on May 9. One was for 3 day processing, the other 5-10 days. We are now on the 29th and the 5-10 day order is still in processing. I haven’t received either. The RoseGal numbers are:

    Hi, i ordered two bikini sets on the 29th of may and still have received no type of confirmation email or correspondence about my package but the money has been taken out of the paypal account and i have an email about this. I have tried to get in contact through facebook twice and have received no reply at all, im really starting to lose faith here i really need the package before july!
