Customers could also contact Rosegal Support Center, and then the Rosegal Customer Service Representatives would provide the customers with return address if the customers wanted to return the items.

For this return, the United States customers can return to Rosegal’s American address.

Anyway, Rosegal Customer Service Representatives would afford the best solutions to the customers.

4. What could the customers do if the customers are not satisfied with the items received?

If the customers were not satisfied with the items, the first thing that the customers could do was also to contact the Rosegal Support Center, then the Rosegal Customer Service Representatives would study the case of the customers and afford the appropriate solutions to the customers.

5. What could the customers do if Rosegal sent wrong items to the customers by accident?

    got a return ticket, got instructions, but I cannot find the return address. it was not included with the reply emails nor can I find it anywhere in the rosegal site, return and warranty policy, and in the faq’s. where can I find it?
