Dear customers of Rosegal, there is something emergent we must let you know. Having spoken to the IML courier we’ve been able to confirm that all parcels to Russia which have been stored after December 15th, will be facing a dispatch delay problem.
Firstly, all delivering progress begins after December 15th will delay for 8 days because of Russian new year holiday. Secondly, IML courier will not provide delivery service during Christmas, all packages arrived in Moscow warehouse after December 24th will be delayed. (packages arrive before December 25th will be processed as normal)
Both of these factors have caused major delays with packages dispatched from Shenzhen arriving in Russia.
We’ve been advised that the customs clearance progress would be restored on January 4th and the IML courier company on January 7th.
Please do be assured, Rosegal genuinely sorry for the delay in receiving your order, normal delivery times to Russia are 7 – 14 working days. Unfortunately, given the unexpected circumstances, this lead time was affected.
